Academic Calendar Fall 2025 – Last day to add/drop without academic/ financial penalty. Seniors only (90+ hours earned) april 21, 2025: In order to be considered for automatic scholarships, all admission materials for nonresident. The university academic calendar dates below apply to full semester courses.

Deadline (11:59 pm) for faculty to submit final grades for fall 2025: Financial aid satisfactory academic progress appeals deadline: Short courses have separate deadlines.the short course calendar for fall 2025 will be available in august of 2025. Some deadlines may exclude certain schools and college.

Late registration and schedule adjustment. Sunday, december 15 (2024) nonresident application and scholarship priority deadline. Session i (8w1) session ii (8w2) class dates.

11:59 pm cst deadline to cancel registration (drop all fall 2025 classes) for full reversal of tuition and campus fees for classes scheduled in a regular semester. Faculty textbooks orders due for first day inclusive access fall 2025 (session 1) faculty. Orientation, advising, and registration for all students based on student population and classification.

Academic dismissal notices will be sent to students’ millersville.edu email and home address on or before jan 2 * Any calendar is subject to change when it is determined to be in the best interest of the university to do so. Graduation application for undergraduate students (session 1)
